1. An 18% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid as part of the purchase price. This amount will be discounted to 15% if you are paying with cash or approved check. 2. Everything must be paid in full on the day of the auction. 3. Everything will be sold “As Is” “Where Is” with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. 4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item is up for bid, if unsure 5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. 6. The Auctioneer is in no way responsible for the bidder’s ability to pass the mandatory background checks in compliance with statute. Should the buyer be unable to complete the transfer of any firearm(s) in this Auction, the buyer understands that the money paid for any firearm(s) is NOT refundable. 7. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine eligibility within your state of residence. There will be no refunds or returns if you are not eligible to receive a firearm(s). 8. Shipment of firearms will be made to FFL holders only. There will be a fee of AT LEAST $35.00 per firearm, this will be charged to your credit card in a separate transaction from the payment of the invoice. Insurance may be added if desired. 9. In the event of clerical, clerking or electronic errors during the online auction, all live bids will take precedence over the online platform. 10. The Auctioneer is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the bidder. The bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the Auction. Under no circumstances shall the bidder have any kind of claim against the Auctioneer or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. The Auctioneer will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. 11. Returned Check Fee $50.00
