Credit card is required for registration BUT will not be charged. $1,000.00 earnest deposit is due with signing of purchase contract on November 4th, 2021 and can be paid with check with balance due at closing in certified funds with delivery of marketable title, on or before December 10, 2021 unless additional time is needed to perfect title. Security 1st Title Co., Lyons, KS will be the escrow and closing agent. Title insurance and closing costs will be split 50/50 between Buyer and Seller. Property sells as is, where is with inspections responsibility of Buyer. All inspections must be made before sale day. This sale is NOT contingent upon Buyer obtaining financing and earnest money deposit is non-refundable. DISCLOSURES: The window A/C was working at time auction was being listed.
