***UPDATE*** The truck is back from the Ford dealer. The error codes were related to the reductant heater control circuit (exhaust emission control). Ford replaced the DEF tank heater and sender assembly. There are no check engine lights or warnings now. ******* This is a 2011 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat Pickup. This is a really gorgeous truck! All leather, and loaded with options. The tires are nice and have low miles on them, and the body is exceptional. This also includes the hitch for a 5th wheel. This is in fantastic condition, with only a few minor dings to the body (and bumper), and an interior that has little wear. It appears this has been used by a single party almost exclusively, as there are almost no signs of use in the back or passenger's seats. This was driven about an hour to its current location and drove great with no issues. The check engine light is currently on, and there is a self-diagnostic system that displays codes without having to plug in a scanner. In this case, there are two codes that have to do with the diesel exhaust emissions system. As a safety measure, this has safeguards that could make the truck inoperable if not corrected quickly so, while this is being disclosed and pictured, this is currently at the Ford dealer being repaired under a recall.
