****GUN AND AMMO TERMS****
-***Payment for any invoice containing a firearm or ammo must be paid in person (cash or credit card) or over the phone by credit card***. NO EXCEPTIONS. Currency Pay does not allow us to process invoices on guns or ammo.
-All gun purchases are subject to a background check, and buyers will be required to fill out a 4473 Form
-Out of state pistol sales must be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. NO EXCEPTIONS
Long guns can be picked up in person.
-IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPOSIBILTY TO MAKE SURE THEY CAN PASS AN NCIS BACKGROUND CHECK BEFORE BIDDING. **If background check is denied, buyer will be charged a 20% restock PLUS return shipping. NO EXCEPTIONS**
-MUST BE 21 TO PURCHASE HAND GUNS, AND 18 TO PURCHASE LONG GUNS
-MUST HAVE VALID PICTURE ID TO PICK UP ANY GUNS
-Buyers must make sure it is legal to purchase guns or ammo in their state before bidding
