Only loose items & supplies for Auction. IF it's screwed on or attached in any way, IT's OFF-Limits & NOT For Sale. You buy it by the room, everything & are responsible to take everything carefully & properly remove all off premises. High Winning Bidder pays extra $50 (refundable) Good Faith Clear Out Fee - Once Your Room(s) or Garage(s) are cleared out to Diana's standards, I refund your $50 Bucks.

NO Restroom facilities, NO Food Service, ZERO on-site garbage or recycle containers, BYO your own food & drinks, Dress for Weather, Suggest wear long pants & boots to walk through tall grasses. Bring your own dollies, There is NO ONE to help you load & move, We don't carry, so Bring your own competent adult labor who will carefully move items out of  homes and off the property. Make sure to watch when moving items that floors aren't scratched and keep distance from walls so they're not touched and don't rut up the grounds or yards.

TERMS: CASH, good Indiana check w/full photo ID, credit, debit cards w/3% additional process fee. All checks & Out-of state checks must be pre-approved by calling the Auctioneer at 219-763-3741 at least 3 days prior to Auction. Full payment & removal on auction day. All items Sold "As Is, Where Is" no warranties or guarantees, you must rely on your own personal inspection. Not responsible for accidents, injury or items after "SOLD." You, the bidder, are responsible to secure your items you have bid on and won. Announcements made on Auction day take priority over previous publications or electronic communications.

Don't flip cigarette butts on street, driveway or ground, only in proper receptacle. Please respect neighbors and not block driveways, mailboxes or pull off street onto their grass-allow wide street access for potential passage of any emergency vehicles.
