No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or identification purposes only. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. Indemnification:
Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions, its directors, officers, employees, agents and the seller against any damage or loss which Buyer, Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions or third-parties may suffer or incur with respect to loss, damage or injury arising from the removal of an item.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and
transportation of all items. Do-Bid.com does not provide shipping,
transportation, or loading. Do-Bid.com will work with procuring your items for your shipping agent.

*Winning bidder must provide proof of liability insurance to remove building from property!

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:00 P.M. Friday, September 24, 2021. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition, there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
