1.) 10% Buyer's Premium applies.
2.) 15% deposit at conclusion of sale, balance due within 30 days.
3.) Purchaser required to sign a uniform sales and purchase contract at the conclusion of the sale.
4.) Seller Pays 2021 Taxes.
5.) Buyer responsible for the closing costs, as well as their own title search.
6.) Selling by recent survey.

9.)Possession is with deed at closing.
