This sale is being held in a third floor condo building and there is no elevator. Winning bidders will need to be able to walk up three flights of stairs. Winning bidders of furniture, will need to bring assistance to carry their items. Thank you.
PLEAES NOTE- VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
This house been sold and is under a tight timeline! Therefore, pick up/removal is limited to the scheduled date ONLY! With no exceptions. Please make sure to view the pick up/removal schedule to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place. The house will be turned over to the new buyers after the removal date. Any items not picked up on the removal date, will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
Employees are not able to assist with furniture removal. Customers will need to bring help to lift and move furniture items.
