3. All articles are sold "as is" and "where is." No warranties are expressed nor implied. Please inspect articles before bidding, when bidding you are doing so solely on your own judgement based on your own assesment & inspection. All sales FINAL!
4. Auctioneers are not responsible for accidents or articles after sold. Buyer is responsible for articles after sold. Again, Buyer is responsible for his/her own articles after Auctioneer has said "Sold".
5. In the event of a tie bid between auctioneer and ringman and their respective bidders at the time the article is sold, the bidding will be reopened at Auctioneer's discretion only & only between those bidders who are tied. Conducting Auctioneer is the final authority on all such matters.
6. If there are 2 or more in your party using this number ask the cashier to issue you a duplicate number. NOTE: The person who registers this number is responsible for all winning bids by those who use this number.
7. Present this number to cashiers when paying for articles purchased. Turn this number in to cashiers or destroy it when leaving.
8. You will receive a paid invoice detailing the articles you have purchased.
9. Michigan Sales Tax will be collected when applicable. An exempt form needs to be filled out completely and be on file in order to be considered "Tax Exempt".
10. Unless otherwise noted on day of auction, all purchases are subject to standard 10% Buyer's Premium.
11. All purchases must be paid in full within 30 minutes of last article sold/auction closing-Please pay BEFORE loading.
PAYMENT: Cash, Checks (No Out of State Checks, please) OR Credit/Debit Cards (w/additional 3% Buyers Premium). Auctioneer reserves the right to hold all equipment and/or Titles until your check is honored by your financial institution-there is a $35.00 NSF Returned Check Fee.
