Graber Auctions, LLC 812-254-2220 Auction Terms & Conditions Auction Terms & Conditions * All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" descriptions believed accurate but not guaranteed. * By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of item condition. * 12% Buyer's premium rate charged to all winning bids of personal property. * SALES TAX will NOT be charged FOR THIS AUCTION except for on titled vehicles. * 3% user fee will be charged for Visa/MC/Discover/AE credit card transactions. * We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction bidding. * ITEMS NOT PICKED UP in the allotted pickup times are FORFEITED without refund & subject to resale without notice for STORAGE FEES. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. * Graber Auctions may reserve the right to reject any bid at it's sole discretion. Items need to be picked up on Thursday, Oct 14, from 12 noon to 4:00pm or Friday, October 15th, from 10:00am - 5:00pm ET at Shoals, IN by APPOINTMENT ONLY (A calendar will be sent to winning bidders). All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Graber Auctions shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it. Graber Auctions will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS and that they may not return any item they purchase for any reason. Graber Auctions will not be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site. Bidder acknowledges that this auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Under no circumstance shall bidder have any kind of claim against Graber Auctions or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly. Graber Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Successful bidders will be contacted with the actual street address for pick up of items. If items are not picked up within the scheduled pickup time, ownership reverts back to the Seller, whom may resell or dispose of items and Buyer will not be refunded. A Valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval; you will receive an email (morning after auction) with invoice showing your purchases and the total price. Your credit card on file with HiBid will be charged automatically for the invoice total. If you do not wish to have your credit card charged for your purchase(s), please contact our office a day before the auction closes (812) 254-2220 to make other arrangements for payment. Items are to be picked up on the arranged pickups day(s). Bidders are solely responsible for packing, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from GRABER AUCTIONS. WE will NOT supply any tools, boxes or packing materials. The winning bidder on large items needs to bring help and equipment to load the item(s). PLEASE pay attention to the pickup dates and location. If you are unable to make that date or time, do not bid! If after you have exhausted ALL options to make the scheduled pickup, and are unable to, we will bring only select items back to our office for a MINIMUM FEE of $25. This fee may increase depending on location, and difficulty. If you do not make the scheduled pickup time, and have not made any prior arrangements, you will FORFEIT your items. (Hazardous items cannot be shipped such as liquids, perfumes, ammo, chemicals, radioactive materials, compressed gases, dry ice, liquid nitrogen, lithium batteries and more).
