Sales tax is collected unless you have your sales tax exemption credentials with you or on file with us a time of auction. No Buyer's Premium or registrations fees charged. Auction is open to the public and dealers are welcome.

FIREARM PURCHASE - All FFL firearm sales rules and regulations will apply. Firearm transfer will be performed by a licensed FFL dealer. The transfer fee for North Carolina residents will be paid by the Seller.

HANDGUN PURCHASE - A current and valid concealed carry permit or single-purchase gun permit is required for each handgun purchase. A current state or federal issued matching ID is also required.

RIFLE/SHOTGUN PURCHASE - A NICS background check will be required for all sales of rifles and shotguns OR a current and valid concealed carry permit or single-purchase gun permit can be used for each firearm purchase.

NORTH CAROLINA RESIDENTS - North Carolina residents can purchase firearms and once they have paid AND their paperwork has been completed and approved, they can take their purchased firearms with them. 

OUT OF STATE BUYERS - Out of state purchasers will have to pay to have their firearm purchases shipped to a FFL dealer in their home state and pay that dealer any and all transfer fees and upon completion and approval of transfer paperwork they will pick their firearm purchases up from that dealer.
