As a courtesy only once we have recieved payment, The Mailroom in Lexington Ky 859-268-0206 will pick up the items to be shipped and contact buyer. All contact after purchase is to be with them. The Hayes Group takes no responsibilty for how quickly The Mailroom handles this process. Using their service is NOT part of the terms of sale and bidding on any item is agreement to our terms and the buyer is responsible for timely payment! Purchase totals for shipping in excess of $1000 requires approval prior to bidding from The Hayes Group. Wire transfers will be required on all purchases of $1000 or more.
