If you bid $100.00 you will be charged $112.00 upon invoicing at auction close. 2. ***ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won. 

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items.  If you do by chance find someone working for Bid Riddance to help you, please be prepared to compensate them in some fashion as they do not come to work expecting to have to lift or move heavy items. ***There will be NO alternative pick up times for this auction.  The homeowners need possession immediately after the auction ends, so please pay attention to the pick up date!!

***Shipping will be available on SOME items.  Items that are easy to ship such as books, posters (unframed), prints, clothing items, etc, will have shipping as an option.   THIS IS IMPORTANT THOUGH:  Contact us in advance to discuss shipping and if approved, do NOT pay your bill until shipping has been added!!

***ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED - Winners MUST remove ALL items in the lots they have won. 

Your own muscle is required, please bring help or arrange movers for heavy items. Winning bidders MUST provide or bring their own help, materials (boxes/packing supplies), and tools needed to move items safely.  We will not be able to help move/load furniture or other items.  If you do by chance find someone working for Bid Riddance to help you, please be prepared to compensate them in some fashion as they do not come to work expecting to have to lift or move heavy items.
