All items are sold as-as with no guarantees or warranties. Items must be inspected by bidders prior to bidding to make own decisions as to condition. Information posted is a guide only. Please inspect prior to bidding.

Internet Buyers' Premium 4.9 percent. Capped at $750 max per item.

"as is, where is" . Bidders are responsible for assessing item condition prior to placing a bid. We strongly recommend personal inspection of items prior to bidding. Purchaser buys entirely on his own examination. It is the responsibility of the buyer to conduct any inspection and examination necessary to satisfy him of all material facts before placing a bid. All sales are final. No refunds given.

Method of Payment
Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. NO AUCTION DAY SETTLEMENT OR PICKUP. Items may be paid for and picked up Saturday Sept. 10th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Monday Sept. 13th to Thursday Sept. 16th 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 

Settlement must be made within 7 days upon notification of winning bid. Orr Auctioneers may accept wire transfer, cash and personal or business checks will also be accepted with proper ID. We do not accept credit or debit cards.

Removal

All items must be removed within 14 business days. Items not removed within 30 days will be considered abandoned and forfeited.
