These items are offered for auction and their descriptions are from sources deemed reliable and submitted subject to errors, omissions and change without notice. No allowance will be made for errors in cataloging, genuineness, defects or identification purposes only. There are no returns, refunds, or adjustments. Payment Due at our Buhl Location upon receiving Invoice.  $100 refundable deposit will be collected at time of payment and refunded once the unit is Empty, Cleaned & Swept. Storage locker must be emptied within 48 hours!
Cash, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders (Payable to Oberfoell Auctions), Visa/Master Card-on invoices up to $2,500.00 (A 3% Credit Card Convenience Payment Fee for Credit & Debit Cards), and Wire Transfer. (Good Personal & Business Checks are accepted, however, Oberfoell Auctions reserves the right to require a Bank letter of guarantee, guaranteeing payment in full, without condition upon demand.)
THERE IS A 10% BUYERS FEE AND MN SALES TAX PER ITEM (Bring Tax Exemption Certificate for Resale Companies)

Indemnification:
Buyer indemnifies and holds harmless Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions, its directors, officers, employees, agents and the seller against any damage or loss which Buyer, Do-Bid/Oberfoell Online Auctions or third-parties may suffer or incur with respect to loss, damage or injury arising from the removal of an item.

TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE:
The buyer is solely responsibly for the disassembling, removal, and
transportation of all items. Do-Bid.com does not provide shipping,
transportation, or loading. Do-Bid.com will work with procuring your items for your shipping agent.

REMOVAL/PICK-UP:
Payment & $100 refundable deposit is Due Upon Receiving Invoice:
PAYMENT WILL BE MADE UPON RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE AT OUR BUHL WAREHOUSE OR BY PHONE AND A $100 CLEANING DEPOSIT WILL BE COLLECTED AND RETURNED AFTER ALL UNIT CONTENTS HAVE BEEN REMOVED AND THE UNIT HAS BEEN CLEANED & SWEPT. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE.
WINNING BIDDER will have 48 HOURS to clean & sweep the unit out, Call Pete at Eichorn's 218-741-8247 Before 4:00 P.M. Mon-Fri to have lock removed to empty & clean the unit.

PROCEDURE:
Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 6:30 P.M. Wednesday September 1, 2021. The close will be staggered (1 Lot every 5 minutes). In addition, there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 3 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 3 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 3 minutes.
