Successful Bidder/End of Auction: Auctioneer reserves the right to charge your credit card at the drop of the hammer. Successful bidders will be notified via email. Generally, this is done with an unpaid invoice and step by step instructions to follow. We ask that you reply to our email with a written confirmation of your method of payment and shipping needs. If shipment is needed to an address other than the ship to address on file, payment will not be accepted from a credit card. Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC reserves the right to cancel, change start or end dates, change start or end times of all our auctions for any reason. Wisconsin Estate Solutions, LLC is not responsible for undelivered emails or email that end up in the recipient's spam folder. Shipping/Pickup: Please check the Shipping Tab for each of our auctions that you wish to participate in for specific details. As a general rule, we offer in house shipping for our Coin and Sports specialty auctions (with the exception of glass or breakable items) and we do not offer in house shipping for our estate and general consignment auctions. Also, some items are never allowed to be shipped. These include, but are not limited to, Firearms, Ammunition, and Alcohol. If you are the successful bidder on an item where in house shipping is not offered, you are welcome to work with any third-party shipper you choose. Wisconsin Estate Solutions, LLC makes no guarantee that a Third-Party Shipper is available. There may be additional transfer fees for utilizing third-party shippers. Pickup dates for estate auctions being held on site have very limited windows of time for you to pick up your items. Failure on your part to arrive during the scheduled time to pick up your items will result in additional charges. In all circumstances, your lots must be paid for and if you fail to pick them up within the allotted time, your lots will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. Shipping Insurance: Any package that we ship out using in house shipping that has an invoice amount over $400 will have Shipping insurance. The cost for shipping insurance will be added to the invoice of the respective successful bidder. Additionally, Adult Signature Required services will be charged to Buyer and required for any packages over $400.00 value. The shipping insurance that we use is from a private carrier and covers the package while in transit. The insurance coverage is for loss but does not cover breakage or damage. Details for insurance coverage can be found at ShipandInsure.com. For packages with an invoice total over $1000.00, Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC reserves the right to send the package via Registered Mail with restricted delivery at the respective successful bidder's expense. If you want insurance on your package and your invoice total is less than $400 please notify us no later than 12 hours after the auction close by email to Robert@WisconsinEstateSolutions.com. Transfer: For Estate auctions, we do offer a transfer service (available on most lots) for a fee. We will transfer your lots back to our Schofield Office. The minimum fee is $5 per lot. We are happy to provide you a quote for any lots you wish to have transferred. Please call our office prior to bidding for a quote. Wisconsin Estate Solutions, LLC does not guarantee availability of transfer for your items. Wisconsin Estate Solutions, LLC does not guarantee that your items will not be damaged in transfer and buyer agrees to not hold Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC responsible for any damage that occurs during transfer. Failure of buyer to make payment: If buyer fails to make payment in full for any reason, Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any amount up to the amount due including any additional fees. Any charge that is less than the total amount does not constitute an agreement from Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC to accept payments and does not extend any additional benefits, rights, or privileges to the buyer. Failure of buyer to pick up during scheduled times: If buyer fails to pick up winning lots during the scheduled pick up times, all lots are considered abandoned and no refunds will be given. Wisconsin Estate Solutions LLC may, at its sole discretion, permit alternate pick up times and buyer agrees to any added fees that Wisconsin Estate Solutions may impose for permitting an alternate time for pick up.
