Commercial Super Market Wholesale
This auction includes the contents of a 10,000+ sq ft commercial building. This facility was closed on 5/7/2019 after operating for a number of years as a grocery / convenience store. The items included in this auction are the store's inventory (product that they were selling) and the fixtures of the store (shelving, cash register stations, walk-in coolers, display coolers, etc.). The buyer has the option of removing items, selling items in place (tag sale or yard sale style), or leaving the items they don't wish to keep or sell. No trash removal is required, however a credit of $200 (and an additional 7 days) will be given to the buyer if they choose to leave the property in a broom swept condition. A dumpster will be provided for the buyer choosing to do trash removal. Any items the buyer does not wish to keep can remain in place. The buyer has until the posted deadline to remove their items. They will not have access to the building past the posted deadline.

The coolers have not been tested. There are approx 100 sections of 4' gondola style shelving units. Various depth shelves.

The commercial safes have the combination attached.

This building has a large parking lot, loading dock, and lots of visibility on a street with heavy traffic.

This project is a "white label" clean-out. This means that the owner of the building is planning to strip it down to the walls before selling or leasing. The seller wants everything not related to the structure of the building (walls and utilities) to be removed.
