All items sold AS IS - WHERE IS with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. Bidders who do not pay for and pick up winning items will be blocked from bidding in future auctions.
Accepted forms of payment: CASH ONLY and required in full prior to removal. Out of town bidders arrange shipping (on large items) and payment on items. We may assist in loadout but are not required to do so and are not held responsible for damages incurred while loading out. Please bring the appropriate number of people and vehicles to load out your items. We do not supply packaging/boxes/packing materials. Bidders bring supplies needed to pack out small and breakable items.
This is an online auction, we reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

The auction runs online only. This is a CASH only auction. Lots begin closing at 6pm (9pm eastern) August 19th. You can come preview all lots Wednesday, August 18th at the Sun City Estate located at 10433 W. Pleasant Valley Rd, Sun City, AZ 85351. Pick up is also at the estate in Sun City. Please do not disturb the residents on days other than preview and pick-up.
Shipping is available for invoices over $35. Some items are not eligible for shipping. Please call for details. Shipping orders may take up to 10 days to be processed and shipped out and will be billed through PayPal.
