Your Paid Receipt Copy: Please report to the check-in area as soon as you arrive to retrieve your 'Paid Receipt.' Shipping information for non-firearm purchases: Shipping is available. To request shipping please email info@doerrauctions.com to arrange for your items to be transferred to the shipping agent. You must request shipping BEFORE NOON on Tuesday, August 17. If you are interested in having large items shipped, please contact the auction company prior to bidding, shipping terms are only applicable to items under 20 pounds that one person can easily transfer. Postal Pal is our exclusive shipping agent. You will receive a separate invoice for packing and shipping from Postal Pal for their services. Terms on firearms: No Firearms are located at auction center. Firearms are located at HicksTrading Station, Pinckneyville, IL You must have valid Illinois Fire Owner ID card (FOID) to bid on the firearms (out-of-state bidders see below). Hicks Trading Station, Pinckneyville, IL will complete all paperwork. The purchaser will be required to pick up the firearm at Hicks after the required waiting period, and all paperwork is completed. A $15 per gun transfer fee will be charged by Hicks Trading Station (this fee will be added to your auction invoice). There will be absolutely no exceptions; everyone including Federal firearm dealers will be required to follow these terms. Purchasers will be contacted at the end of the auction and will need to send a photo of their FOID card to auction company by email or text and present the card in person at Hicks Trading Station. Out-of-state firearm purchasers: You can make arrangements with Hicks to have your firearm(s) transferred to a Federal dealer in your state. A $25 per gun transfer fee will be charged by Hicks Trading Post (this fee will be added to your auction invoice). The purchasers will be responsible for making arrangements with the dealer the gun is to be transferred to and the cost of shipping, handling, packing and insurance will be at the purchasers' expense.
