This is a live onsite auction to benefit Mennonite Central Committee refugee relief.  Harvey and Alma Jean Yoder are moving and downsizing.  They have decided to donate the proceeds from all the items that they can't move to MCC.  All proceeds from the event, including from the sale of hotdogs and soft drinks, will go directly to Mennonite Central Committee refugee relief.

There will also be tables loaded with free items available on a donation basis. 

Items To Be Sold Include But Not Limited To: Aluminum extension ladder, garden seed planter, power drill, power saw, four-foot level, garden and shop tools, 50 ft. extension cord, Snapper riding lawn mower with bagger attachment, dresser, 3/4 size bed with mattress, single bed with mattress, a sofa and matching rocker, dining room table and chairs, wooden rocker, book case, lamps, household fans, electric space heater, lamps, TV stand, antique 2’x4’ mirror, other mirrors, seven-quart canner, Presto six-quart pressure cooker, Maid of Honor pressure cooker/canner, Schwinn 220 recumbent exercise bike, eight-place china set, 32 piece silverware set, dishes, cookware, cast iron skillet, wall hangings, table cloths, sheets, children’s games, puzzles, Tinkertoys, Martyrs Mirror, New Bible Dictionary and other books, etc.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: No Buyers Premium (except for credit card payments which will be subject to a 3% premium) and No Sales Tax.  All check payments can be made out directly to the Virginia Mennonite Relief Sale.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, (3% Surcharge Applies) or Good Check are approved methods of payment. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
