At this time there are 12 storage units that will be up for auction on Thursday, September 23, 2021. Time to be announced. All units will be sold as a hole. Locks will be cut the day of auction. Each unit will be paid for in CASH after auctioned, plus the $50 deposit/clean out fee. A deposit of $50.00 for each unit will be charged for a clean out fee, and will be reimbursed after cleaned and swept out. As of September 17, 2021 there are still 12 units. I will update possible number of units as time gets closer for auction. Due to units may be paid in full before auction.
