Springfield Schools Weight Room Liquidation Auction! 
Springfield is liquidating their weight room to make way for new equipment! This auction offers some great Hammer Strength machines, squat sacks, dumbbells and plate weights! Also included in the auction are some great commercial kitchen items such as a Hobart mixer with attachments, Kitchen-Aid Mixer and Ice Cream Freezer! Be sure to check out the whole catalog because there are great items all the way through!
This auction will run online only from Monday, July 26th through Sunday, August 8th at 6PM. Preview will be held on Thursday, August 5th from 11am-1pm and auction load-out will be Tuesday, August 10th from 8am-noon. Please note that these items are mostly located on the second floor so please bring help to load! Bid high and bid often!

Terms and conditions:
ALL credit cards will be charged immediately following the close out of the auction.
Bidding will end Sunday, August 8th at 6:00PM!
Preview day is going to be on Thursday, August 5th from 11:00AM to 1:00PM
Pick-up will be Tuesday, August 10th from 8:00AM to 12:00PM

Terms of Contents Auction:

1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF

AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up.

2. Everything will be sold “as is, where is”, with no guarantees of any

kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block.

3. Every effort is made to “guard” merchandise throughout the auction;

however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased

by him immediately following his winning bid. There fore, he is ad

vised to further guard his items at his own discretion.

4. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. If

he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the win-

ning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be ex

pected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the success-

ful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor “mistakes”.

5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he

feels is in the best interest of his client the seller. The Auctioneer

reserves the right to reject bidding of any person whose conduct,

actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the

seller.

6. A 10% buyer premium will be added to the final bid price to establish the final contract price.
