This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyers premiums do apply on all on-line purchases. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 48 Hours after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all moneys. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. FAILURE to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Koons Auctions. SOMETIMES INVOICE EMAILS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR SPAM/JUNK MAIL FOLDER. **PLEASE CHECK these folders before contacting us! **ITEM PICKUP: Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won on auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer. FAILURE to pickup/pay for items WILL result in buyer being PERMANENTLY BANNED from future auctions. BRING WITH YOU: Loading HELP, Tools, Carts, Packing materials, Load straps, Chains, Binders and any other items you may need to load, pack and haul your purchases. Some Items may need to be move up or down stairs. Bring Adequate Help With You. **RETURNED CHECK FEES: A fee of $40.00 + ALL costs to recover will be assessed on returned checks and may result in the bidder being denied access to future auctions.
