This live in person auction features the third part of the lifetime collection of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Walker. The Walkers were longtime residents of the Calverton VA community and have recently moved. We are selling this collection of antiques, John Deere tractor, vintage toys, tools, cast iron, car parts, lanterns, signs, trunks, and decorative items in a live auction Thursday August 12.

This is a pickers dream with many genuine "barn find" items that have been hiding in barns and sheds for decades. If you like unique and vintage items you will find something of interest in this auction.  We will be selling in two rings all evening so bring a friend and come enjoy a live auction with us.

Terms of the Sale:

Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 13% (3% discount for cash or check) will be added to each successful bid. Virginia Sales Tax of 5.3% will be charged on all items unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form. Sales tax exemption must be claimed and form presented before payment is made.

Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly. We will not be accepting returns or providing refunds.

Payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Good Check are approved methods of payment. All payments whether cash, check, or card must be made before any items are removed from the property.
