This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE". Bidding within the last minute before the closing of an item will extend the bidding time by an additional minute. This prevents individuals from placing a bid on an item at the last second in order to prevent others from bidding more. BUYERS PREMIUM: Buyers premiums do apply on all on-line purchases. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. FAILURE to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future live or on-line auctions conducted by Koons Auctions. Any Items not removed at the allotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by seller, will be considered abandoned and the purchaser will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all moneys from the buyer.
