This will be a two-part auction. Starting at 9 AM Hinson’s Auction will auction all the equipment, tools etc., used in the shop. At 12 noon O’Neal’s Auction Services will offer the Real Estate for sale. Real Estate Terms: You must be registered to bid – there will be a 5 % buyer’s premium applied to the high bid to form the contract price of the property. Property offered with existing survey and subject to all zoning rules, easements etc. A full set of terms will be available at registration on auction day or by request.
