By participating in this auction you agree to the following terms and conditions:
All items must be paid for by the close of the Auction or upon invoice and pick up of items during alloted pick up times. Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Good Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover (3.99% surcharge)
For successful Buyers, A 10% buyers premium will be charged to the total invoice price.
Please note that any purchases less than $750 will be autoumatically charged to your credit card on file. For purchases above $750 please contact us on Tuesday August 10th starting at 10 am for payment and pick up arrangements.
NOTE: Purchaser Pick-Up times are as follows:
Check out will be Tuesday 8/9 and Wed 8/10 from 10-5pm. If you are unable to make these times please contact us for alternative.
Imediately when an item is Sold it becomes the property and resposnibility of the Buyer. All items sell AS-IS with no warranties or guarantees by the Seller(s) or the Auction company. The Bidder is responsible for determing his or her opinion of the condition and authenticity of an item before purchasing the item, not after.
