A valid photo id and current Nebraska handgun permit, or Federal Firearms License will be required to purchase any firearms. No Exceptions.
Absentee bids are charged a 13% Buyers Premium, plus all packaging, and shipping fees. No out of state checks will be accepted without prior approval and Bank letter of credit. Drivers License, State issued ID, or Passport required to obtain bidding number.
No property to be removed until settled for. Sellers, Auctioneers, and sales help not responsible for accidents. Bidders are responsible for all items after winning the bid.
All announcements on auction block take precedence over any printed advertisements. Auctioneers not responsible for any errors in advertising.
