Terms and Conditions of Auction By accepting a bidder # or consigning items for sale, you agree to the following: All items offered at the auction are sold "As-Is", "Where-Is" with no guarantee of any king unless announced on the auction block prior to bid opening. All sales are final! Descriptions are based on consignor information only. It is the bidders responsibility to know what they are bidding on and buying. All Non Vehicle items purchased will have a 10% buyers fee based on bid amount. All Vehicle items sold will have a 5% buyers fee based on bid amount. (If paying by credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added) Sales Tax may be required on the sale of certain items and Motor Vehicles based on buyer or seller State laws. Payment for purchases is expected on sale day. Items purchased must be removed within 24 hours after the auction. Payment types for onsite bidders: Cash, Certified Bank Checks, Company or Personal Checks if accompanied by a verifiable Bank Letter of Credit. Disclaimer All items are purchased without any expressed warranty whatsoever from the Auction Company. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, and otherwise, are excluded and disclaimed. Successful bids on items requiring transfer of ownership through certificates of title, such transfers are between seller and buyer and it is the buyers responsibility to properly record such transactions according to State requirements in which they reside.
