This auction is for a Modular Trailer Home. This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathrooms and an office. This modular home has been standing for 15 years and needs new tires. There are 6 tires (3/14.5 tire size) on each side of the home, each hub has a 5-bolt pattern. The measurement on this home is 24ft X 72ft. The building will have to be disconnected from all power sources at the responsibility of the buyer before pickup and removal. All decks will have to be removed from the modular home at the responsibility of the buyer before pickup and removal. Buyer is asked to take the ramp and deck as part of the purchase. There is also 4” sewer lines laying on the ground below the trailer where the plumbers disconnected the building from the sewer main. Buyer is asked to take all of the pipe away with them upon removal of the building. Modular Home transportation and responsibility will be on the buyer once purchased.
