Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: Upon close of the auction winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. Bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise with cash, good check or card (3% added for card payments) at pick up during the designated time. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendant at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in ads and in the info for each individual auction. Purchased items must be picked up by the buyer during the specified time. If you can not pick up during the desigbnated time, DO NOT BID!! If you find yourself absolutely unable to pick up, call Linda Orrell 870-723-9111 to pay over the phone and have someone else pick up for you. Our vehicles will be too full of our tables and supplies to load your items and take them to our place for you to pick up later. If you do not call to pay and have your merchandise picked up, you will not be allowed to bid in our future auctions. As a result, your Hibid Bidder Reputation Score will drop and you may find that other Hibid auctioneers may not allow you to bid in their auction as well. Shipping: We do not ship. Directions: 612 Borchardt - From the intersection odf Hwy 425 and 278, go south on 425, turn left on West Bolling, then at the 4 way stop, turn left on Borchardt St . 612 is on the left CT Speedy Lube 124 Carla Lane - From the intersection of Hwy 425 and 278, go north on 425, turn left on Carla Lane at Triple A Pawn shop. Drive past the pawn shop, see CT Speedy Lube on the right before you get to Timberlodge Lanes bowling lanes. Buyers are responsible for loading. Auction staff does not load.
