This sale is made under the authority of Section 1307.210 of the Ohio Revised Code. The following goods will be offered for sale by public auction to enforce the liens of Runway Logistics LLC as warehouseman: 1,564 pallets, stored by Solve Together, LLC, containing sanitizing wipes, antibacterial wipes, face shields, face masks, hand sanitizer, face masks, rubber gloves, and infrared forehead thermometers. Lots will be sold by the pallet (except for thermometers) All lots are sold AS IS, without any warranty whatsoever. All goods must be paid for and picked up within 3 business days with a dock height truck for loading, or storage charges will accrue at market rates, at the Buyer’s expense. Transportation can be arranged from Sewell Motor Express Co. Lots will be subject to an unannounced reserve and the secured party reserves the right to credit bid their lien. The Warehouseman reserves the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
