If you cannot follow these terms 100%, you are welcome to stay as a spectator, but do not bid. USA BIDDERS ONLY: Buyers outside of the USA, do not register, do not bid. We do not offer shipping outside of the United States of America. BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyers' premium is added to the final invoice price. If your winning bid is $100, you will be charged $113 (plus sales tax and/or shipping where applicable). REGISTRATION: You must be at least 18 years old to register and participate in this sale. In order to bid, you must create a username and password. You agree that all information provided during registration is true, accurate and up to date. AUCTION FORMAT: This is a live auction. We are accepting online, absentee bids prior to the live auction. Online bidding will close at 4:30pm, the day of the sale on Tuesday, July 20th. Live bidding begins at 6:15pm. ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No returns or exchanges are accepted. Once the item is sold, the winning bidder becomes the new owner of the item and has effected a legally binding contract which cannot be altered or voided. Additionally, bids cannot be changed or cancelled once submitted. NO WARRANTIES: All items are sold as is, where is without warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied as to the quality, character or condition. INSPECTION: The buyer agrees to rely exclusively on his/her personal inspection of the property through photos provided. Photographs are an important part of the item description. SETTLEMENT: High bidders' will be invoiced in U.S. dollars and credit cards provided at registration will charged within 24 hours of the close of the sale. Buyer agrees that valid credit card information has been provided, you will accept all charges and that you will not charge back any charges placed by the auction company in accordance with fees discussed throughout the terms and conditions (ie high bid, buyer's premium, shipping/handling/insurance, no-show and late show fees). All purchases are subject to 7.25% Lucas County Ohio sales tax unless you have submitted a valid tax exemption certificate prior to the auction's end or unless you are an out of state buyer having items shipped to you.. DELIVERY/PICKUP: Local pickup only at Montrie Auction Gallery (4017 Lagrange St, Toledo, OH), on Wednesday, July 21st from 10am-5pm and Thursday, July 22nd from 10am-3pm by appointment. INJURY & DAMAGE: Bidder acknowledges responsibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by bidder or his agent, and further agrees to hold auctioneers and sellers harmless from any personal injury to himself or his agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises. All bidders and their agents enter the site, participate with the auction and remove items at their own risk. Additionally, buyers are responbile for any damage caused by themselves or their agents to the property during removal and also agree that the credit card provided will be charged for any expenses incurred and/or repairs necessary as a result of any damage you cause. Professional removal is recommended. CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE: Auctioneer reserves the right to modify or cancel lots and extend or change close dates. Online, absentee bidding of amusement park / carnival rides will be accepted up through Tuesday, July 20, 2021 until 4:30pm, at which time they will be taken to the live auction. Live auction bidding will begin at 6:15pm. Local pickup only on Wednesday, July 21st from 10am-5pm and Thursday, July 22nd from 10am-3pm by appointment.
