To settle the estate, we will sell by absolute auction located at 3374 Church Rd. Medina, OH 44256.  Approx. 5 miles North of Medina on Rt. 3, then East on Remsen Rd. (1 mile South of I-71 ramp) and South on Church Rd.  Parking at Church across the street.  May sell in 2 rings for a short time.  Online bidding available on Vehicles & Equipment items, starting at 11 AM.  Due to road construction on Rt. 3, the easiest way to get to the auction is I-71 to the Rt. 3 exit, then South on Rt. 3, left on Old Weymouth Rd (at the first stoplight), then right on Church Rd. to the sale.

LAST MINUTE UPDATES:  New batteries have been installed in the Harley Trike and the Case wheel loader, and both started right up.  Wheel loader drives and hydraulics seem to work just fine.  Harley runs good, sounds good, and drives good.  See you tomorrow for a great sale!

Wednesday 8/25 Updates:  Late finds  - additional gas pump globe (repro), old cash register.  More photos added.

Sale order:  Starting at 9 AM on row with gas pumps, pinball machine, and other collectible items, then moving to shop tools and larger items.  Cataloged items with online bidding begin at 11AM (starting with trucks, then equipment, and ending with hit & miss engines.

Tuesday 8/24 Updates:  250+ new pictues added today, and the online bidding descriptions have been updated.  Gas pump globes (reproduction) have been added to the gas pumps.  Late finds include Ford Econoline parts, more shop tools, electic power wheelchair (nice), old cash register, adult tricycle, 14" and 10" Griswold cast iron skillets.  Tongue & groove lumber in original listing has been removed from the auction.

Kawasaki Z1 900 has been added to the online bidding lineup, along with Farmall A tractor and skid steer forks.

Food stand by Jimbo's Concessions will have breakfast and lunch available on auction day.  

Auction Updates:  Pictures added of Harley Trike, Kawasaki motorcycle, and ATVs.  More Engines & Pump Jacks added.  We'll be there Tuesday 8/24 from 8 AM until 1 PM and Wednesday 8/25 from 8 AM until 11 AM if you'd like to stop by to preview items.  We're working on getting things running, and will post more information and updates each night until sale day.

Auctioneer's Note:  All items sell "AS IS, WHERE IS", and all sales are final.  We are moving the equipment items into an organized auction lineup as much as possible, but many of the vehicles have been sitting for years, and do not currently run.  Loading and Removal is the resopnsibility of the buyer.  We will have a small loader tractor oniste auction day, and will be happy to help load smaller items (hit & miss engines, tools, and other items under 2,000 pounds), but we do not have equipment or staff to help load the vehicles, tractors, and larger equipment items.  Plan ahead for what it will take to load and remove the larger items, and figure the cost into your bidding, if necessary.
