This auction is an ONLINE ONLY Auction that starts going off at 5PM on Thursday, July 22nd (due to how many lots we have on this auction, the auction will close 5 items per minute). Please read all terms and conditions prior to bidding. All items will be located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. ***Credit Cards will be processed immediately following the auction!*** Cards will be processed up to $500.00 for a deposit that in nonrefundable for the merchandise that was purchased on the auction.
- Preview Wednesday, July 21st and July 22nd from 10AM-4PM
- Auction Closes 5 items per min on Thursday, July 22nd at 5PM.
- Pick Up is Friday, July 23rd from 8AM-4:30PM, located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. Please bring your Paid in Full invoice for quicker pickup. ALL Merchandise MUST be picked up on this time frame or merchandise will be lost. Shipping for small items will be available, call or email to let us know about shipping. Bring help for large items, we will help assist but not load your items.
Shipping for small items will be available, call or email to let us know about shipping prior to the auction or on pickup day. We do not know to ship unless we are emailed or called! We now use Jerri Bob's for all packing, shipping, and mailing. Jerri Bob's will be picking up all shipping items and taking them back to their facility. Jerri Bob's will correspond with all customers to see how to ship merchandise. They will not give quotes on the items prior to auction because they do not know the weights or dimensions after packaging.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed.
* Bidder inspection is encouraged.
* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

Gun Terms and Conditions-
All guns must be transferred, picked up, or shipped through our FFL, located at 2748 Cultra Rd. in Conway, SC 29526. There will be a $25.00 transfer fee per gun for the first 2 guns, after 2 guns there will be a $10.00 transfer fee per gun. Shipping will be available at the buyer's expense. Please have the FFL in your area to contact us for all transfers out of state.
TRANSFER LOCATION FOR NON-LICENSEE'S: John T. Henry Auction Co. is a federal firearms licensee. Before any firearm is transferred into your possession, you will have to fill out a 4473 and pass a background check. All background checks, transfers and related actions will have to be completed at John T. Henry Auction Co, located at 2748 Cultra Rd in Conway, SC 29526 - 843-365-2637
Federal Firearms Licensee's may take possession of firearms purchased by them on the pickup date of the auction provided they have a current, valid FFL.
Non-FFL's must pass a background check at the time they pick up their firearms on a day designated by the Auctioneer.
