Both tiny homes are at Cass Career Center in Harrisonville, Missouri. and

Purchasers MUST move the tiny homes at their own expense.

Each structure is 24 feet long by 14 feet wide and a height of about 13 feet.

Walls are 2X6 with R-19 fiberglass insulation and house wrapped over ½” OSB outside.

Vaulted ceilings throughout.

Interior walls and ceilings are finished with car siding stained and finished with polyurethane.

Two pocket doors on the inside.

Roof has architectural shingles.

Plumbing is 90% complete (stubbed through floor).

Electric is 95+% complete. (Service entrance and water heater to be installed)

Features include a bathroom with a shower, one storage/sleeping loft room, a kitchenette, and a living room.

Tiny Home B has a complete roof, windows and doors, lighting and electrical, as well as interior trim work.
