You agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth. Everything is sold "As Is", "Where Is" with absolutely no expressed or implied warranty whatsoever. Any changes in details of the auction made prior to day of sale take precedence over any previous term. Bidder bears full responsibility for inspecting items prior to bidding. Descriptions, photos and statements made or offered by sellers or auction staff is deemed correct but is not guaranteed. By bidding on the item you hsve agreed to accept that item in its present condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Bids may not be retracted for any reason. Upon registering all bidders are required to give full name, address, phone number and email address. A valid credit card is required to register. Your credit card will be verified, a $1 verification ping will be done to make sure the card is active. The pending $1 charge will fall off in a few days. If you are claiming tax exempt please email it to caplansauctions@gmail.com Bidder and guests assume all risks with removal day(s). Bidder and guests shall be deemed to be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises, the activities on the premises, and the conduct of the third third parties and the Bidder shall advise his agents and employees Bidder and guests agree to indemnity Caplans Auction of any and all liability regardless of negligence. Once the auction is complete and the Bidder has won the bid, the Bidder is responsible for merchandise and for full and complete payment. Non-payment or fradualent bidding will be subject to legal recourse. Should the Bidder not pay for merchandise, the Bidder shall be responsible for any remaining balance, any collection costs, attorney fees, employee costs and maximum allowable interest and service charges.

Welcome to Caplan's Auction Co. This is an online exclusive estate auction. BIdding opens at 7:00pm on Wednesday July 7th. Bidding begins to close at 7:00pm on Wednesday July 14th. Bidding will close every minute in numerical order unless bidding persists. If you are tax exempt please put that in the notes at registration. Check out is immediately following the conclusion of the auction using the card provided at check in. Pick up is offered on two dates. The first is Thursday July 15th from 10:00am-4:00pm. The second is Sunday July 18th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. We do NOT offer loading help so please bring your own help if needed. For easiest loading park in front of our doors on the brick paved area. We do have hand carts for your use. In person preview is offered on two dates at our Historic Savage Mill Auction Gallery. The first is July 11th from 12:00pm-4:00pm. The second date is July 12th from 10:00am-2:00pm. We do NOT offer shipping services for this auction.
