Location is in Rougemont N.C. about 30 minutes from Durham N.C. and  Roxboro N.C.

Owner is selling Personal Property along with collection and is moving out of state.

The Real Estate has already been Sold.

Address will be sent to all winning Bidders at close of Auction.

This will be a fast paced online auction with 8 items closing every 2 minutes.

Pick up Times will be Scheduled Hourly for Wednesday July 21st, Thursday July 22nd Between 10:00AM & 6:30PM

We Will Schedule Prearranged Pick Up Times on Saturday July 24th 2021

All items will have to be Picked Up and Removed from Property Absolutely No Later than 5:00 PM Saturday July 24th.

We do not load so Bring help and any equipment you might need to load, pack and make your items ready to transport. We glad to assist with meeting and making arrangements on Pick Up Days

We do not package or ship large items. You must arrange that for yourself.

If you wish to ship an appliance or larger item then you must arrange for packing & shipping with the carrier of your choice and have it picked up Absolutely No Later than 5:00 PM on Saturday July 24th 2021

 All Invoices will be billed to Winning Bidder's Credit Card on File at the close of the Auction.

Invoices will be emailed by 10:00 PM the night of the auction.

Buyers are fully responsible for paying their invoice.

We have a tight schedule for our Consignor and The New Property Owner so PLEASE Make Arrangements to Have Your Items Picked Up and Removed within the Scheduled Pick Up Days!

Shipping Charges will be actual shipping costs with USPS or FEDEX Plus $5.00 Handling charge per Lot.

We can not quote shipping costs on pickup day. We will contact you within 5 days after auction to quote costs and line up shipping of your items

Descriptions: Photos can sometimes be deceiving in sizes, colors, or other condition. We try to provide as much information as possible and place a ruler or object in photo to help you judge for yourself.
All information offered as part of the listing is for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information and making sound judgements before bidding/purchasing any and all items.

All lots will remain open for bidding so long as bids are received prior to the scheduled ending time. If a bid is received in the last 2 minutes then the bidding on that lot will be extended for 2 additional minutes. This can repeat numerous times No contingencies are offered or acceptable regarding the purchase of any item in this auction. Any qualified bidder may bid on the merchandise in this auction including the family, friends, auctioneer, agents, staff  and anyone else as long as they are registered to bid.

You may also incur up to a $50.00 reschedule fee if auctioneer is required to make a special trip to the auction site.
The purchaser is responsible for the merchandise once the auction ends, including packing and loading at the pickup site. Bring any equipment you may need and or help to assist in moving, packing and loading.

The individual who appears as the registered bidder will be responsible for any and all purchases made on his/her registration (bid number)

A 14% buyer premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the contract price. 6.75% North Carolina Sales and Use Tax will be added to the contract price unless a signed hard copy of an exemption certificate is on file with the auctioneer.
