You will receive a 3% Discount off the buyers premium if you settle your bill with cash * Everything is being sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. * You may settle for your purchases with cash, credit card or in state (Michigan only!) company check. Large checks may have to 'clear' before removal of merchandise is permitted. * To register, you must present legal photo identification such as a drivers license. * Important! You must supply your own labor and hauling equipment. Under no circumstances can our auction staff assist you with move out. If you require assistance, please consult with a professional rigging or moving company prior to bidding on your merchandise. * REMOVAL OF MERCHANDISE: Removal of your purchases will begin immediately upon the conclusion of the live auction.
