This is the 5th and final shower container we will be selling. It is identical to (and right next to) the container that sold June 30. Same sale terms as that one -- come prepared to lift this onto your own trailer. This lot contains one Modular Shower Unit - 40ft high cube shipping container with 2 shower rooms, 2 electric water heaters, 2 breaker panels. How many items? one 40ft high cube container. 8ft wide. 9ft 6in tall. Description of items: purchased new for emergency preparedness but never installed or used. This is the 5th and final shower container we are selling. Located next to the one that sold June 30. Identical to that unit. Stored outside at an off-site location. No exterior stairs included. Buyer will receive just the container and everything inside it. Comes with 2 keys -- 1 for each door. IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE KEYS: although there are two keys, we couldn't get one key to turn in one of the doors. So we were only able to get one door open. Condition of items: NEW. Purchased new for emergency readiness but never installed or used. How is the lot packaged? no packaging. Is that packaging included in the sale? no packaging.
