All persons wanting to bid or purchase must register with Auctioneer and obtain a bidder number prior to bidding on any merchandise. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has made themselves familiar with the terms and conditions contained herein. Your Bid Is A Legal Binding Contract. If you are designated as the winning bidder you agree to pay the full bid amount + buyer's premium and applicable sales tax & shipping if applies.
Buyers premium is 10%...3% discount if paid by cash, or approved check. 7% NC sales tax will be applied to all purchases, unless buyer provides tax exempt proof from NC. The Vehicle is exempt from NC tax.
All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Auctioneer or Seller shall assume no liability and will not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defect in any lot and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance, discount, or refund shall be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. Lots start closing on Sunday July 11th @ 5:00 PM EST. Lots close at a rate of one every 30 seconds. This is a soft close auction if anyone places a bid on a lot within the last 1 minute prior to the lot closing the bidding is extended an additional 1 minute. All items/ Lots that you are the winning bidder on. Must be paid for within 48 hours after the Auction ends. If you can't pay, please don't Bid. Pickup will be on monday July 12th from 9:00am-5:00pm
and Tuesday July 13th from 12:00pm-5:00pm....If you can't make the times posted, we can arrange a time for lots that are paid for. Please let us know in advance. Shipping is available for $5.00 per item, plus actual postage. Shipping of Large items will be handled through a shipper, paid by the buyer.
