1.) 10% buyers premium applies to final bid to establish sale price.
2.) Property selling "as is, where is" having invited buyers to inspect the property prior to bidding, no warranties guaranteed or implied.
3.) All credit card payments are subject to an additional 4% fee in addition to the purchase price.
4.) Guns are located at and shall be picked up from The Gun Shop located at 711 W Main Street in Livingston , TN. Payment by cash or check onsite.
5.) Pickup & Payment at The Gun Shop will be Saturday , July 24, 2021 9AM- 3PM (CST).
6.)Buyers will pay to The Gun Shop a $10/ gun handling fee as well as the cost of the TBI background check. Buyers are to present their invoice at pick up.
7.) Out of state buyers are required to transfer any firearms through an FFL in their state of residence and are responsible for any additional handling fees and shipping expense.
8.) This sale is final with no contingencies and is not subject to the buyer's ability to obtain financing.
9.) Amonett's Eagle Auction & Realty, LLC are agents for the seller.
