July 11, 2021 Starting at Noon Where we will Auction off Delinquent Storage Units. Unit count will be updated as needed, but as of UPDATED 7/2/21 there are 5-6 Total Units Available for Auction. 2-3 Units Starts at Noon at Westlake Indoor Storage, 27310 Detroit Rd., Westlake Ohio (Under the Drugmart on the Corner of Detroit and Dover Center Rd). From there we will go to sell 3 more Storage Units Starting at 2pm at Mill River Indoor Storage, 25300 Bagley Rd, Olmsted Falls, Ohio (Enter Off of Bagley Road Behind the Drugmart)

* Owners/Renters of Storage Units have up until the Auctioneer says "sold" to pay up for these Storage Units. There will be a $100 CASH Deposit on Each Unit Bought. You will receive that CASH deposit back if the Unit(s) are completely empty and swept clean. No Trash is to be disposed of on the property of the Storage Facility. *Everything Sold "AS IS WHERE IS" no Warranty implied or expressed. *All items must be paid for by or at the end of the sale AND Removed Day of sale unless otherwise agreed to by the Auctioneer and/or seller. *You will be Given until Tuesday July 13, 2021 at 5pm to empty all Units. Access to Units will Be During Regular Business Hours ONLY. *All Terms and conditions read the day of sale will supersede any and all other terms and conditions. *Auctioneer will have final say with any and all disputes that may arise with any bidder(s). *All bidders must Register with the Cashier at the sale and have a bidder number assigned to them. Anyone not Registered with the Cashier on Sale day will not be allowed to bid/buy any items at the auction. *Seller has the right to accept or reject any high bid on any item(s) and/or set reserves on an item(s) that they see fit. *Some items may be sold as a "Yes or No" from the seller.* We Accept Cash, Credit Cards ONLY NO CHECKS ACCEPTED! **12% Buyers Premium will be added to the final total of the buyers total.
