No load assist, please bring help. General Terms & Conditions: Buyer’s premium applied to all lots, including real estate. All lots sold as-is. Cash, certified money, pre-approved check, credit card (4.5% added processing fee). All lots paid in full by credit card or credit card backup, to pay within 3 business days of end of auction, without exception.
