Lot of 254 Confiscated Gaming "Slot" Machines. Various make/models. See inventory lists attached.

PLEASE NOTE: Condition of sale requires that these gaming machines are not to be used or re-sold in the State of Texas. The buyer will be required to sign an affidavit. The buyer shall not have any conviction related to gambling or gambling related offenses.

Gaming machines' condition: Used. Keys are not included. Machines were working when seized but have not been recently tested so current condition are unknown. Show cosmetic wear from daily use and storage. Some may show damage. All machines are sold "As Is-Where Is" and with all faults and defects therein.

Please note that the picture(s) may be a part of the description but can only be relied upon as a reasonable representation of the item(s) listed. Physical inspection of the property is encouraged and recommended. Be advise, winning bidder will not be allowed to inspect or make any repairs to equipment/vehicle during scheduled pick-up. Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All items must be removed within ten (10) business days from the time and date of issuance of the Buyer's Certificate. A daily storage fee of $10.00 may be charged for any item not removed within the 10 business days allowed and stated on the Buyer's Certificate.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

Winning bidder is responsible for the removal of all auction items, furthermore, bidder must bring all the MANPOWER, EQUIPMENT, TOOLS, and TRANSPORTATION needed to safely remove items.

Note: Slot Machines are located and will need to be picked up in 2 separate locations in Laredo, Texas.
