The purchaser is responsible for any facility damage caused during the removal of the materials.

It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for and to also make arrangements to remove materials from the gym during the week of August 2nd through the 6th. Note: there is no dock at this location.

IU Recreational sports purchased this material new on or about august 1st of 2020.
The wood was received from the vendor on two full semi-loads consisting of 26 prepacked stacks. It took the vendor four trips on a large flatbed with a spider rig lift to deliver it to the facility.

The breakdown of our materials is as follows.
All material is considered to have minor wear unless listed otherwise.
Minor wear includes approximately 6-8 screw holes, minor abrasions, or chipping on face\edges.
Some of the used pieces have a coat of deck paint covering one side and the edge.

OSB will be placed in stacks no greater than 48 pieces tall. Underneath each stack, there will be a couple of pieces of stick wood to allow for the stacks to be lifted with the proper equipment. Some of the OSB materials will be used as floor protection until the stacks of OSB are removed. There are several pieces of cracked OSB that were not included in the materials estimate. The purchaser can remove them with the other pieces or we can retain and dispose of them after the removal of the other inventory. There is a large garage door on the east side of the gym that has a downward slant to the alleyway between the Bill Garrett Fieldhouse and the IU Art Museum. The use of heavy equipment in and around this building is subject to all IU policies and expectations. Due to the volume of materials, all rubber will have to be removed from the site before the OSB can be picked up. Campus Recreational Sports will be onsite to provide access to the facility for pick up. We will have no labor available to assist in the loading of materials.
