The family is out of state and the home has been sold and the contents must be sold and removed. This auction features a car , travel trailer, doll collection , and home furnishings. * Auction Method: Online (Sorry No Shipping) * Bidding Period: Now thru ______________July 4____ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close ___which is July 5______10-4Pm. ___ * Preview: Online & ____________________July 2_____By Appointment Only * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, or any titled vehicle, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted. * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Invoices will go out to winning bidders within 1 hour of auction close * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Errors & Omissions: Any claim regarding description errors must be made within 24 hours of auction close to be considered valid, otherwise bidder may not seek recovery of any kind. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash * Shipping: This is a NO SHIPPING AUCTION * Sales Tax and Farm Exemption: Please forward in advance sales tax exemption information, go to www.WaltCadeAuctions.com/salestax.htm . All items picked up or not will be invoiced. * Storage: We charge a minimum of $5 per lot per day storage after pickup day. $10 per day per Pallet.
