The Auctioneer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an item or auction. Any damage caused by a purchaser or other party during the inspection or removal periods must be made good by purchaser or party causing the damages. Village Square Auctions does not ship items however we work directly with a local shipper to ship all items won that need to be shipped.
