AUCTIONEERS NOTES:   Short Notice LIVE Must Attend Auction with NO Online Bidding to be held on Saturday, June 26th onsite at the property located at 632 N. Broadview, Andover Kansas 67002.  WAY to BIG to conduct online in the timeframe needed to clear the home.  In order to beat the heat, we will start calling bids at 9:30am so please try to get there early to get your bidder number and a decent parking spot.  Parking will be somewhat problematic since this sale is being conducted in a suburban neighborhood.  Great auction with 100’s of new in package items including lot’s of tools, camping gear, misc. shop and household.  Auction will include items from home as well as the retail new in box items pulled from the shelves.  This is a large sale so expect to spend the day with us, at least into the early afternoon.  We promise to try and move fast.  There is no cost for onsite registration to get your bidder number however a valid ID will be required.  Sorry, no checks will be accepted, this will be a CASH or CREDIT/DEBIT Card only auction.  10% Buyers Premium will be applied to all sales however, NO SALES TAX will be charged.  Bring your truck and trailer and plan on filling it full of goodies.   Preview will be the afternoon before the sale—Friday, June 25th from 1:00 to 7:00 as our staff works thru setup.  Come see us.  Bid high, bid fast, bid often.
