All bidders are expected to make a reasonable inspection of items before bidding.  Once the item or items are declared sold by the auctioneer, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  

Payment Terms:  We accept Cash or Approved Check with Photo ID.  Credit and Debit Cards are also accepted as a form of payment.  All purchases made with the use of a Credit or Debit Card will be subject to a 4% Buyer's Fee added to the final purchase amount.  Payments made with the use of Cash or Approved Check will have the 4% Buyer's Fee Waived on personal property items only.  All announcements made the day of auction will supercede any print or social media advertising.  

This will be a really nice auction with a large variety of items.  Come early and get registered, plan to stay all day.   Concessions and Restroom will be available day of auction.
